using custom ddls located in folders other than the bin in web host(farm)

How, if possible, to use custom dlls that are located in a directory other than ~bin? My web host (LunarPages) denies me the availability of a Bin folder and an App_Code folder. site works in VS test server, but not on any of our web servers

Single web file compilation

I want to translate a Web User Control into a Web Custom Control.
