The dll is not on my system. A search of Microsoft has not pulled up any place to download the dll. Is this dll available as part of the .NET Framwork or VisualStudio install? I am runnnig Win 2k Professional SP4, .NET Framework 1.1 and VisualStudio 2003 with C# components installed.
