Integrating SOAP click to call in Visual Studio (using C#)

I was given two URLs. The first URL being the "name space" and the second one is where my script or site should connect to.

The first URL is used in the wsdl file, as a name space.

Please explain to me how do I make all this work - in Visual Studio and integrate it through my web app???

In my wsdl file where does the "name space" go?

And do I make my site "connect to" the second URL?
