How to configure WCF host application in IIS

I am new to WCF...I would also like to know a lot about manually creating WCF application.

Now I am struggling with a doubt that whether we need to configure the HostConsole application in IIS and start the same in order to run the client application successfully.

If so please how to configure and start the HostConsole in IIS...
