The database itself is deleted from the server, so, as expected, an error correctly appears when I click on the arrow next to the database connection in the Databases pane. However, I don't see any options to delete the connection in WebMatrix. Another user said he was able to delete the connection string in his web.config file and then restart WebMatrix to get rid of the connection, but my web.config file in the site root doesn't contain the connection string.
