asp.net video's - can't view

I can't seem to view the video in the page anymore.

Example page:

I have the box for the video, but it is just blank.

Any ideas what I am missing?

Can you see the video if you click the MP4 link underneath it?

It seems that the .wmv file was no longer working on that 7 year old video. We've now replaced the URL, but there is no sound. We won't be able to recover the sound from this 7 year old video.
