Looking Flash Programming/ASP.NET 4.0/MVC 3.0/SQL SERVER 2008 Skillset

We will be purchasing this flash based application here http://www.govido.com/ with all the source codes so it can be modified.

We are looking for a flash based programmer to incorporate this flash application into our website that utilizes ASP.NET 4/MVC 3.0/SQL SERVER 2008 R2.

Ideally we would like to create an option in this flash based application to allow new users to register and login. All registered data will save itself into SQL 2008 table. Any users logging into this flash program will send data to SQL 2008 table to log in and retrieve username, age, city state, zipcode for use by the flash application.

Ideally we want to match users close to each other by zip code, and location(or if you have an easier way of doing so), so that close by users can have a chat. Chat sessions will occur for 5 minutes then move on to the next person(chatroulette style).

In addition this flash application will allow guest users. Guest users will only be able to chat with the gender of their choosing from any part of the world. They will not get the option of finding close by matches unless they register.
