Problem using IIS 7 for development

I don't have a problem using the VWD or IIS 7.5 Express server for developemnt, but when I try and use my local IIS 7 web server I get the following error. I'm sure that it's probably something simple. Anyone have a clue as to get it to work? Here is the error I'm getting.
