Looking for website programmer

Looking for a talented website progrmmer to work on a project, who can think out of the box.

Required skills:

Asp .Net
C#
Microsoft Sql 2008
Visual Studio 2010
HTML
CSS
Web parts
CMS systems

Experice length:

At least 4 years of experience working as a .net C# programmer required.

Education:

Must have at least BS on computer science degree.

Location:

Expected candidate should be accessible at least half of US eatern time zone working hours of 9am-5pm time. Preferrably Romania or locations close to that would be great.
