Business Intelligence Software

Hello,

I want to create the Application for Business Intelligence Retporting

In which user can create project and connect any database like, MS Access, MS Excel,

MS SQL server, Oracle etc. and genrate differnet report/charts with different rules...

and use that application on Web based, Desktop software / Touch screen / Kisok / Mobile phone like windows smart phone and iPhone

So plz guide me from which technology or which tools I used to develop...

I have searched and found so many things in different ways and so I am confused that

using which way I start to develop BI software..

Using .Net Freamwork 4.0 / Sharepoint / Microsoft reporting service / or used some ready made tools like Telerik or Dundas charts ???

Plz guide me from where to start???
