AjaxControlToolkit.Binary.NET35x installing and running problem

Hi all
I've just installed AjaxControlToolkit.Binary.NET35x from http://ajaxcontroltoolkit.codeplex.com/releases/view/43475 this address and I added this control my toolbox.

If I start a new web site project which is .NET 3.5 or .NET 4.0 I can not use any ajax control. I get this error message

Microsoft JScript runtime error: AjaxControlToolkit requires ASP.NET Ajax 4.0 scripts. Ensure the correct version of the scripts are referenced. If you are using an ASP.NET ScriptManager, switch to the ToolkitScriptManager in AjaxControlToolkit.dll.

I bored to get this message. I try to create a new web site project in a new fresh windows 7 and visual studio 2010 another machine. I get this error again.

And I want to ask a big WHY question ???

We install a new fres operating system. Also we install a new IDE visual studio 2010. Also we have the latest framework installed.

and we start a new project and get this bored error message.

Doesn't AjaxControlToolkit.Binary.NET35x stable version ?

I just want to use this ajax controls without getting the bored error message. What we should do to solve this issue ?
