Webadmin.axd issue with Website Admin Tool

I have a website that has a webpage that should take me to the "Website Administration tool" to manage users.

Howevere when i click on my the link "ASP.NET web ste Administraion tool" it comes up with the message - The resource cannot be found (reference webadmin.axd)

I have manu post but none directly states a workaroud - is there a solution for this to work - Iam uing VS2008

ASP.NET web ste Administraion tool cannot be found.

Please reinstall VS2008.

I am able to get to this tool when in IDE , however when the website is posted, i am not abe access this via the website menu.
