The only chapter that is java specific is the proxy pattern chapter.

It does touch on MVC in one chapter but it doesnt cover three tier architectures as far as I recall. However if you are interested in learning about design patterns then this book is really good. Check out some reviews of it for more info.

2010-03-01T14:05:10-05:003706969http://forums.asp.net/p/1531168/3706969.aspx/1?Re+Suggest+me+book+on+design+patterns+for+DotnetRe: Suggest me book on design patterns for Dotnet
I have just finished reading this page and I am tempted to buy this myself!

http://www.dofactory.com/Framework/Framework.aspx

2010-03-01T14:14:27-05:003708813http://forums.asp.net/p/1531168/3708813.aspx/1?Re+Suggest+me+book+on+design+patterns+for+DotnetRe: Suggest me book on design patterns for Dotnet
Hey Harry,

Thanks a lot for your valuable suggestions...i will check the url's sent by you...

2010-03-02T09:48:27-05:003719618http://forums.asp.net/p/1531168/3719618.aspx/1?Re+Suggest+me+book+on+design+patterns+for+DotnetRe: Suggest me book on design patterns for Dotnet
you should also look at a book by apress professional design patterns in vb.net building adapable applications by tom fischer john slater peter stromquist chaur g wu

http://www.amazon.com/Professional-Design-Patterns-NET-Applications/dp/1590592743/ref=sr_1_1?ie=UTF8&s=books&qid=1268074327&sr=8-1

This book is based on the gang of four book by martin fowler.
