I understand that you have to write custom protectors as a protector for PDF is not available from microsoft. Now i dont want to use Adobe LiveCycle rights management platform. I have already contacted Gigatrust who provides protector and desktop add-in as well for rights-protecting PDF documents. But that is for MOSS. They dont support WSS.
I am using WSS 3.0.
So what approach should i take to accomplish this?
Is there any other way to right protect PDF documents?
Please point me in the right direction as i searched a lot but could not get a concrete solution to the problem.
If anybody has already done this please help

Thanks a lot in advance,
Kedar </div> 2009-09-17T13:18:26-04:003412975http://forums.asp.net/p/1471743/3412975.aspx/1?Re+Providing+RMS+Protection+to+PDF+documents+stored+in+WSS+document+librariesRe: Providing RMS Protection to PDF documents stored in WSS document libraries

kedar2101
So what approach should i take to accomplish this?

Post in an appropriate forum, such as those listed in the top post of this forum.

Jeff

2009-09-18T13:30:29-04:00
