Sending SMS to USA.. How to ?

Hi all,

I know this question has been asked before and I got too many answers from google

But they are all talking about buying a credit from a Mobile Provider and use their gateway in the web application.

I knew it free to send SMS if my web site marketing is in USA of UK

So how can I send sms from my application to USA numbers ?

what the gateway will be ?

Please provide a sample code because I'm still beginner and it's the first time ever I work on sms sending.

I'm in the UK, and I know of no free service that allows you to use SMS for marketing. I sincerely doubt that its possible in the US either.

You will need to hook up with a commercial provider orf SMS services.

I decided a few months back to do some research on it, and was surprised to learn of a little-known service most mobile carriers provide absolutely free.

Did you read the link I gave you?

As long as you know how to send email from your application, you can use the instructions in my post to send SMS.

I tried sending messages to Verizon & Alltel (both US). But none of them worked. All help there?
