I am interesting in doing a night course in ASP .NET.

Do you know where the best place to find an institution in my area? MSCE certified or not?!

Not sure about night courses in Peterborough but there are some good user groups that maybe able to help you out such as NextGenUG, they have meetings in Cambridge - http://www.nxtgenug.net/Region.aspx?RegionID=8, I go to the one in Southampton and is very useful. Also check out VBug http://www.vbug.com/events/default.aspx, for events, they may have more info on night courses.
