Problem with starter kit from this site.(MWPSK TG Binary)

I have downloaded my personal starter kit from this site but when i want to run this site it is showing this error........

It is an error to use a section registered as allowDefinition='MachineToApplication' beyond application level. This error can be caused by a virtual directory not being configured as an application in IIS.

what should i do to remove this error. please help

You need to setup the folder where the starterkit is as a virtual directory.

i dont have IIS server on my computer..I also download TBH website,but it is running sucessfullly.I have .net 2.0 framework.There is no need to install IIS.Is there any way to run without IIS server.

So you have download the beer house starter kit, you need a web server to run the site.
If you are using visual web developer then you can right click in a page and choose view in browser that will use
the inbuild development server with vwd.

So you would not need IIS then.

yes TBH is running sucessfully but my personal starterkit is not running.

Ok so tell me a little more about how you are doing this are you

So you installed the template for the personal starter kit, Then selected a new website using the personal starter kit
Then you have right clicked in a page and choose view in browser?

So did you create the site in a new folder or a folder within another website?

i just opened in a visual studio and click default.aspx and then run the website but i m geting error in web config file.Same thing i do for TBH and it runs properly.What should i do..
