Turn Featured Ads into a Slideshow?

Hi. Can anyone tell me how to make the featured ads display like a slideshow? I'd like to use whatever logic is currently selecting photos to display, but I'd like the photo to change automatically while the page is being viewed. I'd also like to be able to select some photos to display more often or in priority over others. Thanks.
