I see the "setup" and "deploy" folders but cannot seem to get the files in them to do anything. Is there a way to install it to make it easier to create your own site using it or do you have to just go page by page and change it to how you want it to be?

Thank you
2008-04-07T17:09:31-04:002281796http://forums.asp.net/p/1244220/2281796.aspx/1?Re+Getting+StartedRe: Getting Started
do u have the book ? i mean ASP.NET 2.0 Website Programming: Problem - Design - Solution by Marco Bellinaso
2008-04-07T18:48:03-04:002281876http://forums.asp.net/p/1244220/2281876.aspx/1?Re+Getting+StartedRe: Getting Started

nope, is there not a way to use this starter kit without having to buy the book?
2008-04-07T19:26:37-04:002281936http://forums.asp.net/p/1244220/2281936.aspx/1?Re+Getting+StartedRe: Getting Started
check this maybe it will help

2008-04-07T19:50:04-04:002281992http://forums.asp.net/p/1244220/2281992.aspx/1?Re+Getting+StartedRe: Getting Started
Not to discourage you, but I will tell you that TheBeerHouse is definitely not for beginners. The development techniques used assume at least a solid intermediate level of understanding of and experience with ASP.NET. Someone new to ASP.NET is going to find it an uphill struggle, even with the book. There are parts of it even advanced developers find themselves getting stuck on.

Good luck with it though.

2008-04-07T20:12:59-04:002282235http://forums.asp.net/p/1244220/2282235.aspx/1?Re+Getting+StartedRe: Getting Started
try to watch these videos they are great they may help u improve your knowlage [:)]
2008-04-07T23:22:27-04:00
