WDP for Server Control

I made a server control, and used WDP in VS2005 to make an installation program for it.

I can create my special folders, add my control dll to the bin folder, add my documentation files, css files, image files, sample files no problem.

Finally got it to work, but for some reason in my test envirmoment on my local machine and local IIS server, it does some weird stuff.

Makes the default document a blank entry, and wipes out the existing default documents.
Creates a new application name called the name of my project.

If I could stop the 2 things, I would ship the program.

Plus I want to be able to have the installtion program add my control dll to the toolbox with it's own Tab. I have no clue where to start on that one.
