I have trained on .net2.0 which book is preferable for c# and asp.net. Please give me a valuable advice.

Try Murach's ASP.NET 2.0 Web Programming with C# 2005 http://www.murach.com/books/a2cs/index.htm

The Murach books do an excellent combination of principals and project work. There is a free download of chapters 1 and 2
