MOSS SPLA Question

Say I have 10 paying customers hosting MOSS web sites on the below servers. Each web site uses forms authentication and each paying customer has 100 registered users in their SQL hosted roles and users database. In addition, anonymous authentication is enabled on some of the 10 sites.

These are the servers and products I know that I would need or want:

1 Front End Web Server 1 or 2 dual Core proc

Windows Server Standard
Microsoft Office SharePoint Server Enterprise

1 SQL 2005 Server 1 or 2 dual core procs

Windows Server Standard
SQL Server Standard

Can you tell me what type and quantity of licenses I would need in this situation? In particular, Im unsure how many SALs I would need for each product.

Are there other products or servers I might need that I dont know about?

Best quantity of licenses I would tell u is SPLA Only

it gives u flexibility to choose Per process or per user ...

My words is to follow below rules, it will get as profit .

Thumb Rule 1 - When users are > 325 , SPLA will make sense - Authenticated

Thumb Rule 2 - When users are > 10 , SPLA will make sense - Unauthenticated
