BUG: RDLC gets coverted to 1K file after deployment through WDP

When you deploy a web project that contains an RLC file using WDP, the file will get converted to a 1K file that contains the following:

"This is a marker file generated by the precompilation tool, and should not be deleted!"

This will obviously cause the web application to throw an exception when the rdlc file is being used.
