I have a wizard control with a custom server validator. The validator checks the value of a textbox and and a checkbox as follows:
if textbox.text = "" then args.isvalid = checkbox.checked
The strange behavior that I am seeing is that if the checkbox is not checked and args.invalid is false, the wizard still displays the next wizard step BUT displays the error message from the previoius step. It seems to me that if args.isvalid is false the
user should stay on the wizard step with the custom validation routine? Is this a bug or do I have to pogramatically make sure that the user stays on the correct wizard page (as counter intuitive as that seems to me)? Thanks!
