I have a DNN site that seems to slow in the afternoon.  I need to confirm the problem is on the server and not because of network/internet bottlenecks.  How can I measure the speed between the different points on the network/internet?

I'd love some ideas on this too. Maybe a free service out there that monitors page loads over time? I've checked a few sites that offer products/services, but came up empty. A lot of services that monitor page loads are overpriced, or do not really tell you "how fast my site is over time." The software products seem to be more focused on checking out ports and security, rather than website bottlenecking...
