When creating a skin,
must i implement both right and left panes?

What happens if i implement only right pane,
then i apply the new skin to existing page
who has modules on both sides?

johnnyGo - the only pane you need to make a skin work is the contentpane.
If you have a skin that has contentpane, leftpane and rightpane and you set a module to be visible on all pages, and your other skin does not have rightpane, then that module will go into the contentpane.
