  Long initial loading

  I noticed that the initial loading of Atlas web pages are very long. The main problem is that the page is already loaded, and then all scripts are loaded, after the window.onload event. If I place all the script includes of the XML reference tags to the HEAD it will run faster. Why are the scripts not put there or after the form tag (RegisterClientScript)?
