I have Windows XP Pro
I have gone through your menu's but have not got:- Application Server?
How can I get this please?

You can't. The info was for Server 2003. In XP Pro there are no web service extensions.
Post the full error message you get. Now that we know the OS we may have other suggestions.

I have uninstalled "IIS and the .NET FRAMEWORK", on my computer running Win XP Pro.
I have re-installed IIS first then the .NET FRAMEWORK AGAIN.
The error message I get now is different.
"Are you a member of the Debugger Users group?
How do I find this out please?

I have gone where you told me and I am allready a debugger group member
It tells me my user name & computer name
I added ASPNET like you said
However when I have gone into user accounts I notice that there is a default user there with the name of:-
ASP.NET Machine A, What is this?
Could the problem be elsewhere?
