Hi I know this has been discussed but i still am yet to see a working solution. We have two solution one pre Hosted exchange solution and one with the hosted solution 3.0.
On the hosted exchange using the manual process pre mps i have an issue where i add a new user or users to an existing org make them members of the security groups etc they appear in the address list and offline address list when you go into their properties
and show the users. Outlook web access works fine.
However when i try and configure them i continue to get The action could not be completed. The name could not be matched to a name in the address list. I have had this error before and it went away with a server reboot. However have tried that and also
force update now and rebuilds on the offline address list and also the recipient update services.
Nothing i do seems to work yet the existing users can be added to new outlook profiles without any hassles.
Please help as i can't yet move them to the new hosted 3.0 solution
