I am new to website designing and I have just downloaded the Personal Site Starter Kit.
When advise to run the site using ctrl+F5 I got the follosing error message.
Could someone help me and let me know how I can sort this out?

580 Server Error when trying to run "ctrl+F5"

580 Server Error
This Web page could not be opened. A connection to the page could not be made. Please click the Reload or Refresh button to try again.
Could someone help me and let me know how I can sort this out?
