This MOD allows site operators to configure their CSK site access wise such that a member has to verify their primary email address. Primarily written to help automate access to certain features, as well as limit the number of bogus accounts.

This is accomplished by emailing the newly registered member with a url link with a embedded unqiue id.

If the user successfully completes the verification - they are automatically assigned the role of 'Verified'.

Also included is a modification to a user's profile page - that will allow existing members to click a 'Verify ME" button which will send a verification email to them.
