Hi i was wondering if it were possible that the hours worked total for the week, M-F can be automatically emailed to an address... whether or not they completed hours M-F it should still be able to total what has been inputed...say only M, W, F....3 hours M,
6 hours W, 2 hours F.... i would like to know if there can be an email sent in this format %persons name% has worked % hours for the week ending %. Please let me know! Thanks, Leo
why not? i am sure you can do that; you will need to write some code to get the data and send the email. A better solution will be to configure a scheduled job in Sql Server and specify the time that you want this information to be sent and for who.

The problem is that i am unsure of how to do it. I was looking more towards obtaining the code or complete instructions on how to do it... i unfortunately do not have anytime to code this on my own...
