the store you see running on my website is the prerelease 3.0 version. I will be sending free trial copies to any who want them. if you would like to try it, please just let me know and i will send you a trial you can use on your own time. after a few years
of hosting demo copies and sites for users to try software, i eventually ended up just providing trial copies, and you can use them on your own time. right now i am adding final attributes to some controls, and making a second layout you can use for comparing
the stock (no images, basic css, no xtras) layout, to one that has a bit of class. the official release of the software will coincide with the release of the official dnn 3. until then , please accept a trial copy. i will be adding full support for multilanguage
(including content translation if i can) as well as inhouse support for the dnn search api, but these few things are on the table for next version (upgradable). sorry, i could not get to it all for this release. what i hope, is that you can try this out, get
creative and make some layouts, and give feedback. after all, its you who make you-sability. thanks. mark.

Mark. From the store decsription on your site I see the shipping costs are calculated via UPS. It also looks like you've included a payment processor for Authorize.net - is that true?! (hopefully). Also I couldn't tell if there is a method for bulk data imports
(or exports). Is there? I understand you've been working very hard with other enhancements, I just have to ask though because I'm still looking for all these basic features in a DNN store without buying additional products to add the functionality. -Thanks,
Neil
yes, UPS Quotes are fully integrated (you need a developers xml key from UPS which is free), and Authorize.net is integrated, although i will be updating that area shortly to use the newer authentication methods they have now. IT also is integrated with paypal
IPN. There is no dependency on third party components, unless they are able to be distributed with the module without any added cost. Although bulk data import and export is not entirely completed, it is not far off seeing as all the framework is there. I
am hoping that will be one of the nice features of the 3.1 version which will be in march. thanks.

Mark Does KodHedZ Store deal with Vendors in situation where we actually want to sell their products without actually buying first from them. Can you explain purchase order generation per vendor? Can't you accept orders for products belonging to a particular
Vendor and not actually get and stock the inventory for that Vendor but assume the Vendor has its products stored on its location. The goal would be to somehow allow each Vendor to handle its own inventory on KodHedZ Store. How big change would that be if
I need to get this functionality? Also about payments received for products belonging to a particular Vendor. How would you actually transfer money to that Vendor. Envision the situation where you even don't know a Vendor. It is across the world, but you know
it is reputable and start selling its products. Please explain what is it that you implemented regarding this and how difficult it would be to allow this. And finally. How do you support Canadian business? Thanks Rad BTW I requested demo store. Will it be
available soon?
I am just cleaning up the remaining little things and will be sending trials to all who have requested a copy , hopefully as early as this afternoon. The default layout that is included with the store is very plain (intended to be used as a template for your
own layout creations), so don't be surprised if the out of the box store looks fairly plain. In a few days, t-worx will be helping me with his gfx prowess, and we will have a few more layouts included out of the box. thanks for your patience. mark.

Hi everyone... i sent out the trial copies today for everyone who requested one. Please let me know of any installation issues, or activation issues. you can respond to the email address the mails were sent from. thanks and have fun trying it out on 3.0.11
Yes, it looks boring right now becuase the default layout is just a template you can use for your own layouts. the trial copy does not (currently) include the functionality to upload or switch layouts. this will be in the release version. Another feature you
will not be able to use in the trials is the licensing component. This is disabled. But you can test out the payment processors and ups quotes (if you have the free xml developers key from them) mark.

yes, its been tested and built on 3.0.11. pleas emake sure you unzip it into a folder and read the README. there are three parts that need installation, as well as a httphandler to the web.config. so please follow the instructions. thanks. mark.

Well after a few false starts, I managed to get it installed. Your readme text says : 3. AFTER installation of the modules, add a line to your web.config, in the HTTPHANDLER section near the top of the file, DIRECTLY AFTER THIS LINE OF THE WEB CONFIG: It should
read HTTPModules section not HTTPHandler. When you add the storefront to a page, it asks you for the product key. Stupid me, I looked all over for a product key, then finally tried the license key, which the program liked. Two small changes, but i would have
saved me about 1/2 hour. Gonna play with it now. Thanks again.
