hey guys..I'm planning to give MCAD soon..and i have good knowledge of .NET..I was going through the MADN website for exams and read reviews for the books..I feel that the readers are not at all satisfied with the books as they offer little help towards the
TEST preparation..Can you suggest me any books for the exams??I'm planning to give Exam 70–315*: Developing and Implementing Web Applications with Microsoft Visual C#™ .NET and Microsoft Visual Studio .NET Suggested books were Developing Web Applications with
Microsoft Visual Basic .NET and Microsoft Visual C# .NET Microsoft ASP.NET Step by Step Microsoft ADO.NET Step by Step Please let me know if anyone has a better book to offer...thx..
I took the 70-305 test and used the Que MCAD/MCSD book by Mike Gunderloy. They have a c# version by a different author but I bet it will be similar (blue/orange cover - I think that's the first one you listed with the asterick). Lots of great examples, but
don't count on the practice test on the CD to help much. I also used the cramexam2 book for the 70-306 test, the practice tests in the book were awesome, but once again the question on the CD sucked. What I found helpful also were these sites: http://www.dotnetcoders.com/web/learning/cert/default.aspx
the best was here, everything on all the tests were in the Microsoft SDK's, even some of the more obscure questions that I missed (also in the Microsoft MCAD books, I had to stop at Barnes and Noble right after the test to look a couple up). http://www.codeclinic.com/certification.htm
