I use rainbow because of C# and its multilanguage support.
but DNN does have more resouces, there are more skins/themes in DNN to choose.
because these two are based on the same idea, can we convert some DNN themes?
Tabs may be difficult, but module skins should be easier.

If you wish to implement DNN's theme as a rainbow theme I would check with one of the core contributors first by posting in their forum. Even though it is all open source, it is nice to just ask if they would mind.
