  Advice on building the webcontrols dll

  I have VS.NET 2002, if I built the dll using the .net framework 1.0 can I import the web controls into my VS toolbox to just to drag and drop?

  That's the procedure. When you add components to the toolbox, browse to C:\Program Files\IE Web Controls\build\Microsoft.Web.UI.WebControls.dll
