forgive me if this is a simple question but it's got me foxed.

1. IBuySpy uses FormsAuthentication.SetAuthCookie to store the users identity.
2. I've set up IE to prompt when a site uses a cookie.
3. Why doesn't IE prompt me when I log in to Ibuyspy on my computer.
