  Querystring Error

  The line: if (Request.QueryString["category"]= "1") Give me the follow error: Cannot Implicitly convert type 'string' to 'bool' Im new to .NET and have not clue as to this error. TIA!

  You are obviously using C# as language and in that case = is not the operator used for checking equality, but == is. I.e it should be:

  if (Request.QueryString["category"]=="1")
  {
  ...
  }

  In C#, use == for comparision; = is used to assign value. So your statement should be: if (Request.QueryString["category"] == "1")
