Module is fine but... it doesn't work!
It gives javascript error after page loaded and doesn't show slides.
"ERROR:'document.images.SlideShow.style' is NULL or not an object"

It does work for me. I have installed it on more than one instances of DNN. I love it. I even managed to get the text under to show style.

Let us see more of the error.

I installed it and all works fine for me. Did you leave the javascript in the folder of the same name in the main directory?

I also don't see the and javascript in the dl. I figured it might be in the source files dl, but I get an error when trying to download that file. Quick question...is there the ability to have multiple slideshows per portal? Based on the description in the dl, it doesn't seem so. Also, when we get the .js file, does it need to be placed in the slideshow directory (in DesktopModules folder)?

Thanks for the mod...looking forward to checking it out.

The javascript file will need to be in like this
    Your dnn portal directory
    - Javascript
    - Javascript file here

Yes, you can have multiple slideshow modules. They can even be on the same page. You just need to make a new directory within your portal directory for each slideshow module and make sure you change it in the edit module to reflect this new directory.

Wait, you can not have them on the same page. You can have them on different tabs and all will work well, but more than one on the same tab, the newest one is the only one which will actually go through the slide show and the previous one will be stuck on the first image.

Thanks for the responses, Crispy. Could you shoot me the javascript file at scott@NOSPAMwalshlabs.com? I am assuming that is the only thing missing from the zip file. The link for the source files still doesn't work.

    Thanks,
    Scott

    Hey Crispy,

Not sure why you got rejected on mine. I am getting my mail, and getting e-mails with updates to this thread. I sent you an e-mail so you can just respond with the file.

    Thanks for your help.
