I have puted my new page to internet
http://myhappymother.com/
but when I resize it, I get all my controls not in tehir place.
all controls are getting crushed. what to do?
please help

in your webpage, you specify the elements with fixed width eg. above mentioned table.
The best way to design your site in terms of percentage and not pixels.
