i think there is a issue in your vc2012. probably either you have intalled that only for windows application. or try to open that for web application. as you have attached snap shot, it shows your solution1 is only for Windows Desktop projects.
try to create another solution for web application.

ya thats it. as i have told you, you have installed that only for windows application. now you have to reinstalled that vs. and this time keep in mind that you install that for web application as well. there will be an option for that while you install that.

you don't need to install separately, you just need to create ASP.NET project.

When you click on New Project, a new dialog should apper and then you can find ASP.NET Web Application.
