The Authentication package that comes with the ASP.NET in VS 2012 is excellent! It saves a lot of effort for everyone. Now we can have Live Id, Google, Facebook and Twitter authentication without a single line of code! Previously I had to sweat just to
roll out a Live Id one.
Unfortunately I now have a my web site that can access data via web services only. The server is cordoned off and only port 80 is opened to the organization's internal network. How can I extend Microsoft.AspNet.Membership.OpenAuth to use web services instead
of direct SQL Server access? Or is the source code available?
