I added my web site to IIS 7.5 but when in IE9 I type the URL I get this error message:
This configuration section cannot be used at this path. This happens when the section is locked at a parent level. Locking is either by default (overrideModeDefault="Deny"), or set explicitly by a location tag with overrideMode="Deny" or the legacy allowOverride="false".
I have searched google and it looks that it is common issue. I have read this document:
and I added to applicationHost.config this section:
<location path="." overrideMode="Allow">
But it did not help. I restarted IIS and I still have this problem.
Do you have some ideas?

1. Open web.config file and check properties for what all config sections are being set in web.config.
2. Then open inetmgr. At the server level, double click on "Feature Delegation" icon. Select the sections that you noted in step 1 and unlock them using the "Read/Write" action in the right pane.
3. While you are in inetmgr, convert your virtual directory to an application. Select your vdir in left tree view, right click and "convert to application"

I had missed some ASP components during firs installation of IIS but I added it during next time.
I restarted IIS and it still does not work L
I cannot find option "convert to application".
After execution point 2 ("Feature Delegation" -
RameshRajendran) I get HTTP Error 404.0 - Not Found.
Is it really so difficult use IIS 7.5?

I have found the problem :)
I had to run: aspnet_regiis.exe -i for .NET 4.0.
