using vb.net/asp.net 2008
I am developing an asp.net application and I would like to see how it would look on an ipad.
what is the best way to simulate this if you dont have an iPad?

These guys have an iPhone and iPad simulator:

Yes, I think they offer a free version of their emulator. The paid version is like 20 or 30$ US. I use the free version myself :)

You can also use Apple Safari browser, to simualte as iPhone/iPad -

You can also check Ripple Emulator - http://ripple.tinyhippos.com/download
