I uploaded my site to Godaddy and the site will not run. The Error is Http 500. Internal Server Error....
According to Godaddy, they do NOT support .cshtml file extensions and Webmatrix.
So is anyone hosting a WebMatrix site with GoDaddy.com and if yes, How did you get it to work?
I find it odd that they support DotNet 4.0 and IIS 7 but NOT .cshtml file

Whoever told you that is lying that support personal should be fired! I am hosting with them here > http://www.thecodingguys.net it uses .cshtml file they support it 100% do what Tom said upload dlls and make sure app-data has read/write if your using RazorC
CMS make sure
Yes, they really do BUT I was told by their support team that they do not. In fact, they have not heard of file type .cshtml. They spoke to their "senior" support person and he was very confident the file type does not exist. It never made sense to me that
they will support IIS 7 and not .cshtml file type, so I concluded he did not know what he was talking about.
Anyway, I resolved my own issues myself. Just don't waste your time calling their support. I called 3 times and wasted 2 hours on the phone, turned out the issue was a missing dll and my _appStart file.
