i want to know how i can add mastercard / credit card secure transaction facility to my applicaiton without paypal ,so that customer can buy things AFTER only when their card is verified and transactions is made done.

Without paypal, you're going to need a setup with some credit card processing gateway. The gateway does that heavy lifting so you don't have to. Plus if you keep credit card information on file, you need to comply with industry requirements like alerting
the customer that their credit card is on file for one. Particularly PCI compliance:

Be careful and make sure you completely udnerstand all the ramifications before you decide to do it this way. Ideally, you should never want to store a customer's CC info as its easier to leave that job to the credit card gateway company. Another caveat,
a customer giving their CC each time they purchase is always the safest bet.
here in Pakistan , Paypal is not available yet , if i integrate paypal , paypal accounts is required there or option is available for the transactions can be done without paypal account ? just by master card / credit card?

Amazon does not directly ship to Pakistan but some of the stores on amazon ship things to Pakistan. So thats y i donot think amazon is available here.
