Provide more information to figure out the issue, however error indicates that you might be accessing a service or database which cause time out. Timeout occurs when request from service or database server is not completed in a timely manner. This time is
ususally configurable on server( service server or db server)

Fatal error 9001 occurred at Jul 29 2012 12:21AM. Note the error and time, and contact your system administrator.
The timeout period elapsed prior to completion of the operation or the server is not responding.

What software are you running?
More information in the event log?
etc, etc...

Try to set a larger time to SqlCommand.CommandTimeout and SqlConnection.ConnectionTimeout
