Kindly help me.
I have Visual studio 2010 SP1 with crystal reports latest SP(CRforVS_13_0_4.exe) running on 64bit windows server 2007. Every time i attempt to add a new report, VS stops responding and crashes. When i reopen VS i find the report added. I have tried to
repair/reinstall both VS and crystal reports with no success. I have even tried earlier Service parks for Crystal Reports 13 without success.
When i try to check for updates for crystal reports through VS i get an error. "The service manager does not recognize this product. Please contact your software vendor for updates to this product. Error:13003....."
I have checked on my C:\temp folder for any files as suggested in some sites but the folder is blank.
Will really appreciate if someone can help me correct this.

Can you please share exact message of error which you are getting? There are some known issues of Crystal Report runtime in 64bit environment.

Since i wasnt able to solve the problem, i created a new website and copied my old data.Now, crystal is now no longer crashing! Am still wondering what the cause was.
