I have the same problem. I created an external .CSS file, dropped and dragged it into the Design View. It is correct when viewed in the browser but when I open the Styles dialog box, the same icon that leonaisse has appears in mine. The link provided by
Dino He shows no mention of clock icons.

Manage Styles Panel?
Jul 10, 2012 03:00 PM|LINK
Hi
I have a "Clock" Icon that has appeared in my manage styles panel , anyone know what it means?
Its directly to the left of the stylesheet name where the expand + sign usually is?
The CSS path is all correct?
Thanks
