Could you please be more clear what you are trying to do...?
1) For what purpose you are making a web mthod call?
2) What css changes you are expecting...?

I can't use js code in my project. When I move a mouse over a button a background object CssClass must be changed to another css class. I know how to do it with js code, but the problem is I can't use it now.

Thanks for answer, but I still don't know how to bind a method in c# with onMouseOver attribute without js support. I looks like WebRequest doesn't solve this problem.

I'm trying with a custom control (which will support onMouseOver event).
UPDATE: Custom controls solved my problem :) Thanks all for help.
